To keep a counterless bathroom’s most valuable real estate — the rim of a pedestal sink — looking clean, raise your gaze. We used suction hooks to stick a wire organizer directly onto the wall above. Clip-on name tags keep supplies separated, and the open-grid frame ensures that toothbrush handles stay dry and goop-free.

10 of 25 Toiletry Organizer If you can, choose cabinets that offer separate spaces — preferably one for each person who uses the bathroom. In this refurbished antique, the bottom drawer contains the kids’ bath toys, while the top one holds mom’s hair-care essentials, plus a first-aid kit. A lazy susan makes accessing toiletries, stored in pretty clear containers, a snap.

Drawers in the bathroom tend to be catchalls for lots of different containers, most of which badly organize their contents. An expandable cosmetic drawer organizer fits in a shallow drawer and takes the place of bulky cosmetic bags. Different size compartments will organize lipstick, blush and eye shadow so you never have to root around to find what you’re looking for. As you organize your makeup, be sure to throw away anything that smells or is expired. Old makeup contains bacteria that can irritate your skin.

2 of 25 Medicine Cabinet Organizer Combs, brushes, and toothpaste take up considerable space when laid horizontally on a shelf. Flat-backed, self-adhesive cups on the inside of the cabinet door hold them more efficiently. Before pressing the cups in place, line them up between the shelves. To ensure the door can close, put thin items on the shelves in the spots where the cups will take up some space.

Bathroom organization and space saving is not nearly as difficult as it sounds. If you have room on the walls, why not mount baskets to keep things neat and tidy? You can have baskets for towels and washcloths, shaving supplies or just whatever you need additional space to store. If you have kids, give them each their own basket to keep their bathroom supplies within reach. Baskets are easy to mount on walls and look great as bathroom décor. Via: Simplydiy – A Tisket.
